The Christmas stock is coming in!

We got some more of our inventory in today! I love unpacking new stuff, even if it is not all for me. I will have to post some of the ornament crafts we have made soon. We made one of the doll kits that came in today. It is so cute! I think this would be ideal for a 7-9 year old myself, it says 8 and up.

You will want to stay posted for the Christmas season. We will be having a new country focus each week with crafts, Christmas traditions and storytime each week. We will continue with our FREE craft of the week while supplies last. If we are out, luckily most of our crafts are $3-$7 so it won't break the bank.

Baby Shower Party Planning

It seems I have been MIA for a while. So many great things are going on with our business, but it is keeping me quite busy. Spring planning is coming with all the festivals along with it. I am lucky this year because my husband has joined me in the business. Now after I get him trained just so, he will be quite a benefit.:) Check out our little party experts on our updated About From Art to Zebras page.

I have not been totally missing though. You can now check out the custom baby shower party planning page on our website. This will be such a benefit to anyone in charge of the baby shower. And anyone who knows me knows that I like to provide things that you won't find just anywhere. Don't get me wrong, I like classic and traditional, just turned up a bit.:)

I am working my tail off every chance I get to add specific predetermined packages. I do so love the custom packages even though they are more work for each one in the planning. So our preset packages will be the cream of the crop when they are finished, or I just won't be satisfied. I will post new additions as they are made, so check back soon.

Past Childrens Parties

I am so excited to finally get started on this blog. I have been a bit busy updating, checking out new products, partying, and of course playing. The end of the year is sneaking up on me yet again. My own childrens birthdays are around the corner and they already have their own planning in the works:). They enjoy the process as much as I do and are always very anxious for the big day to arrive. I remember feeling the same way as a child. Now the time seems to slip away so quickly. I think that is why I enjoy those special days so much. Their favorite moments of the day will always stick with them.

My son will be turning eight this year and has decided to have a sleepover as part of his party. After attending his first sleepover a couple of months earlier, he is very excited about staying up and playing games and watching movies all night (we'll see how that works out). He is so excited about sharing his ideas with his friends. This will also be his first all boy party and he is ready to make it ALL boy themed. I am so excited for him, too. Of course little sister will have to tag along, at least until HER bedtime.

Children get so excited about their big day and the chance to share it with all their closest friends. I love to make sure that each detail of a child's party tells something about the child. There are so many directions you can go, sometimes it may be a bit overwhelming. Just keep your child's favorite and most meaningful things in mind. And if you are still stuck and overwhelmed, check with a childrens party planner for help.

I have also been working away on some of my past childrens parties PhotoShows. Here is one from last weekend that was a blast! We had so much fun with everything "monstrous" including the food. It was fun to do a party for all girls that was not the typical girly party. I have never heard so many shrieks, screams and EEEWWWWW!!! You can also check out some of the other past childrens parties. They are great for inspiring new ideas.
